Ces transferts ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interpr\u00e9t\u00e9s dans les milieux judiciaires comme des mesures disciplinaires.<\/p>\n<h3>D\u00e9tails des d\u00e9cisions<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Le juge Amar Mohamed Lemine El Mech<\/strong>, ancien pr\u00e9sident du tribunal sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans les affaires de corruption, a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 conseiller \u00e0 la Cour d&#8217;appel de Nouakchott. Ce magistrat avait pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 le proc\u00e8s de l&#8217;ancien pr\u00e9sident Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz et de ses proches, une affaire qui a dur\u00e9 pr\u00e8s d&#8217;un an et s&#8217;est conclue par des condamnations pour certains accus\u00e9s, tandis que d&#8217;autres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 acquitt\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Le juge Mohamed Saad Bouh Mohamed Abdellah Ahmed Ghali<\/strong>, ancien pr\u00e9sident de la quatri\u00e8me chambre d&#8217;instruction au tribunal de Nouakchott Ouest, a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 substitut du procureur de la R\u00e9publique \u00e0 Nouakchott Sud. Ce transfert est per\u00e7u comme une cons\u00e9quence des d\u00e9cisions qu&#8217;il avait prises dans l&#8217;affaire du d\u00e9put\u00e9 Mohamed Bouy Ould Cheikh Mohamed Fadel, notamment son refus de l&#8217;envoyer en prison malgr\u00e9 la demande du parquet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La chambre d&#8217;accusation de la Cour d&#8217;appel avait annul\u00e9 la d\u00e9cision du juge d&#8217;instruction et ordonn\u00e9 l&#8217;incarc\u00e9ration du d\u00e9put\u00e9, qui a pass\u00e9 plusieurs semaines en d\u00e9tention avant d&#8217;\u00eatre lib\u00e9r\u00e9 sous caution provisoire.<\/p>\n<h3>Changements dans le corps judiciaire<\/h3>\n<p>Outre ces deux cas, le Conseil sup\u00e9rieur de la magistrature a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 des \u00e9changes et mutations touchant plusieurs juges, aussi bien dans les juridictions de jugement que dans celles du minist\u00e8re public, renfor\u00e7ant ainsi la r\u00e9organisation du syst\u00e8me judiciaire en
